1 (3-oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp honey
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (15-oz) can fruit cocktail, drained with 1/4 cup juice
reserved
1 banana, diced
Garnish: freshly grated nutmeg
Line muffin tin with foil liners; set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, yogurt, sugar, mayonnaise, and honey at medium speed with an electric mixer until smooth.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip cream until stiff peaks form; fold into cream cheese mixture. Gently stir in fruit cocktail, fruit cocktail juice, and banana. Spoon into muffin liners and freeze 4 hours or until firm. Remove from freezer 10 minutes before ready to serve.
To serve, top with freshly grated nutmeg, if desired.
