HERBED RICOTTA BRUSCHETTAS

Spread
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 scallions, minced, both white and green parts
2 tbsp minced fresh dill
1 tbsp fresh chives
1 tbsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp pepper

1 round sour dough bread, cut in half and each half cut into slices for a total of 12 slices
Olive oil
1 whole clove garlic, cut in half-and-half
Salt and pepper

Combine spread ingredients; set aside.

Heat a grill and brush bread with olive oil. Grill each side for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from grill and rub one side of bread with the cut side of the garlic. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread with herbed ricotta and serve warm. Note: Good with a salad.
