2 (6 oz) jars marinated artichoke hearts
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs
1/4 cup bread crumbs
1/4 tsp oregano, hot pepper sauce, salt and pepper
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 325. Drain marinade from 1 jar of artichokes into skillet. Drain and discard the other jar of marinade. Chop all the artichokes and set aside. Add onions and garlic to marinade in skillet and sauté until onions are limp.

In a bowl, beat the eggs and add the next 5 ingredients. Stir in cheese, hearts and onion. Turn onto a greased 11x7” casserole dish and bake for 30 minutes.
