1 can crescent rolls for crust
2 tsp dijon mustard
4 cup sliced zucchini
1 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup butter
2 tsp parsley
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp oregano
2 eggs beaten
2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Make crust for pie out of the crescent rolls in a 8 inch pie pan. Spread the mustard over the pie crust bottom.
Meanwhile saute the vegetables 10 minutes. While vegetables are sauting, mix eggs and cheese. Add all ingredients into pie crust and bake for 18-20 min until firm and bubbling.
