1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
4 oz ricotta cheese
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp milk
2 apples, peeled, cored and sliced
1/4 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp flour and butter
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
4 balls, approximately 1/2 cup each, pizza dough, bread dough or hot roll dough
Mix together first 4 ingredients until smooth. Set aside. Toss apples with cinnamon and sugar; set aside. Combine flour, brown sugar, butter and cheese together until crumbly. Set aside. Roll out each dough ball until roughly 7 inch in diameter. Place on a baking sheet. Divide cream cheese mixture into 4 portions; spread over each pizza. Next spread 1/4 of apple mixture over pizza; top with cheese mixture and bake at 500 until brown and bubbly, approximately 8-10 minutes. Serve immediately.
