1 pkg neckbones
1 pkg frozen vegetables for soup
2 cans stewed tomatoes
Seasoned salt and pepper
2 bay leaves
2 chopped large yellow onions

Cook neckbones in a Dutch oven and cover with water. Add onions, salt and pepper, skimming fat and slim off the meat. Cook until meat is tender and fall off the bone. Add the vegetables and bay leaves and stew for 45 minutes on low heat. Remove bones from meat. Good served with corn bread.
