1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 medium red bell pepper, diced
1 stalk celery, diced
1 pkg Lipton Cajun Sides - Dirty Rice
2 cups water
Brown ground beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally; drain. Stir in onion, red pepper and celery. Cook until vegetables are crisp-tender, about 3 minutes.
Stir in Dirty Rice and cook, stirring frequently, until rice is lightly toasted, about 2 minutes. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered until rice is tender, about 7 minutes. Serve with hot pepper sauce. Serves 4
