1 (32 oz) can tomato paste
1 (32 oz) can tomato puree
3/4 cup sugar
1 small onion, chopped
2 tbsp plus 1 tsp cider vinegar
1 1/2 tbsp plus 1 tsp salt
1 tbsp chili powder
1/2 tbsp black pepper
1/2 tbsp celery seed
Place all ingredients in a skillet and simmer for 3 1/2 hours. Stir frequently as it will tend to stick.
