2 cup cooked meat cubes
1 cup diced celery
1 green pepper, chopped
1 can tomato soup
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp pepper
1/2 cup grated cheese
3 cup cooked noodles
1 cup beef broth

Arrange beef and vegetables in casserole in alternate layers with noodles and soups. Top with noodles and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in oven at 375 for 1 hour. Serves 6.

Sauce: Melt fat in heavy sauce pan or in top of double boiler. Add flour and seasoning and stir until well blended. Slowly add milk, stirring constantly until a smooth paste is formed. To shorten cooking time, milk may be heated separately.
