1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/2 lb slice (1 inch thick) cheddar cheese, shredded
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1 (2 oz) jar diced pimientos, drained
4 (7”) pita breads
Heat oven to 350. Combine mayonnaise, green onions, cheese, pimientos and red pepper in medium bowl. Set aside. Cut each pita bread into 6 wedges; place onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 6 to 7 minutes or until lightly browned. Spread wedges with cheese mixture. Continue baking for 6 to 8 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
