3 lbs cooked chopped shrimp
1 cup chopped celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts, rinsed, drained and chopped
1/2 cup EACH finely chopped red and yellow bell pepper and red onion
2 cups mayonnaise
1 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
Combine together; stirring until coated. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
