1 1/2 cups chopped ham
1 cup pre-shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup biscuit mix
1 cup milk
2 large eggs

Preheat the oven to 400. Spray a 9 inch glass pie pan with cooking spray. Sprinkle the ham, then the Cheddar cheese over the bottom of the pie pan.

Whisk together the biscuit mix, milk, and eggs in a small bowl, then pour this evenly over the ham and cheese. Bake the pie until it is golden brown and firm to the touch, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove the pie from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes, then cut it into wedges and serve. Serves 6
