1/4 lb small macaroni shells
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen vegetables
Cook in boiling water and blanch until cold running water to stop cooking process.
1 lb medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
In a double boiler, combine
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can water
1/2 lb shredded medium sharp cheddar cheese
1 tsp salt
Dash garlic powder, curry powder and pepper
Heat until very smooth. Stir occasionally. Arrange in a greased casserole dish, shrimp, macaroni and vegetable. Pour cheese sauce over top and bake at 300 for 1/2 hour. Serves 4-6
