1 box butter recipe golden cake mix
1/2 cup softened butter
1 cup buttermilk
3 large eggs
1 1/2 tsp rum extract
1 tsp nutmeg (optional)
1 cup Heath English Toffee Bits

Frosting
6 tsp Butter
1 tsp vanilla
6 tsp milk
1 1/2 tsp rum extract
Pinch of salt
5 cup powdered sugar

Garnish: Hershey’s Skor candy bar, cut into triangles

Preheat oven to 350. Place cupcake liners in pans. Mix cake mix, buttermilk, butter and eggs together. Add rum extract and nutmeg. Stir until blended. Put batter in cupcake liners and bake as directed on box. When cupcakes are completely cooled, frost and add a garnish of cut in a triangle shape if desired.

Frosing: Cream butter, add vanilla, rum extract, pinch of salt and half the milk and powdered sugar. Blend and then add rest of milk and powdered sugar and mix until well blended.
