4 tsp light brown sugar
2 egg yolk

3 oz semisweet chocolate, melted, cooled
3 tsp orange juice
1 cup whipping cream
Combine orange rind, brown sugar, egg yolk and egg in blender or processor. Process until light and foamy. Add the melted chocolate, orange juice and whipping cream; process until smooth. Spoon into individual dessert dishes. Chill for an hour or until set. Serves 4
