1 (12 oz) pkg sausage
1/3 cup chopped fresh cilantro and basil leaves
2 tsp minced garlic and grated ginger root
2 tbsp finely chopped cocktail peanuts
2 finely chopped green onions, tops included
2 tsp Thai sweet red chili sauce
1 (12 oz) pkg square wonton wrappers
Vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine ingredients except wrappers and oil. Place 2 rounded tsp of mixture in center of a wrapper. Moisten edge of dough with water, then fold wrapper in half over filling to form a triangle. Press edges finely together to seal. Cover triangle to keep from drying out. Repeat process with remaining wrappers and filling.

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Place 6-7 triangles in a single layer in skillet, cover and cook 15-20 minutes, turning once, adding more oil if needed. Transfer to a platter, cover with foil and keep warm. Repeat with remaining triangles. Serve.
