9 cups cooked rice
2 pkg frozen oriental vegetables
Blend of butter and olive oil for sautéing
1 cup chopped onion and celery
Soy sauce
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Salt and lemon pepper
Add enough olive oil and butter in a skillet to saute all the vegetables and seasonings. Add enough soy sauce to make the rice turn brown. Pour into a casserole dish and bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
