Crust
1 1/4 cups Oreo cookie crumbs or fine brownie crumbs
1/4 cup white chocolate, finely ground
3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Filling
8 oz bittersweet or semisweet chocolate
2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cup sour cream
Whipped Cream Topping
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbsp sugar
1/4 cup sour cream
1 tbsp kahlua
Garnish
Chocolate curls
Preheat oven to 325. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Spray a 9 inch springform pan with cooking spry. Line bottom and sides of pan with parchment, cut to fit, allowing side pieces to extend a bit over the top of pan to make a collar. Mix crust ingredients together and press into pan. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes; set aside. Reduce oven to 300.
Topping: Melt chocolate until melted; stir until smooth and let cool. Cream the cheese and sugar until blended. Add eggs and vanilla until smooth. Blend in chocolate and sour cream. Pour over crust and bake 35-40 minutes or until outer edge is set and inner center is still glossy. Turn off oven, leave door ajar, and let cool in oven for 1 hour longer. Chill.
When completely cooled, and ready to serve, remove pan sides. Prepare topping by whipping cream until stiff peaks form and beat in remaining ingredients. Spoon in a ring around top of cheesecake and sprinkle with chocolate curls.
