1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp ground cumin, coriander and paprika
2 tsp curry powder and cinnamon
1 tsp allspice and salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Combine ingredients in a food processor. Rub into surface of fish with a little oil, then with seasoning mixture. Shake off and discard any excess. NOTE: Seasoning mix can be stored covered in a dry space.
