1/2 lb ground beef
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 celery stalk, diced
1/2 sweet green pepper, cut into thin strips
1 garlic clove, minced
2 (10 1/4 oz) cans beef broth
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
8 oz broad egg noodles
3/4 cup peas
Cook first 5 ingredients in a skillet until beef is crumbly and vegetables are tender. Stir in next 3 ingredients; return to simmer. Cover and cook over low heat, stirring often for 10 minutes. Stir in peas and cook until noodles are tender and liquid is almost absorbed.
