1 pkg square won ton wrappers
Vegetable oil
1 lb crumbled sausage, lightly cooked and blotted to remove grease
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar and Monterey jack cheeses
1 cup prepared ranch dressing and sliced/chopped ripe olives
1/2 cup chopped red peppers
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease muffin tins. Press wrappers into each cup. Brush with oil. Bake 5 minutes until golden. Mix sausage and remaining ingredients. Put muffin tins on a cookie sheet and fill with sausage mixture. Bake 8-10 minutes or until filling is bubbly. Makes 4-5 dozen
