1 white or yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup vegetable oil
30 - 36 individual Andes mints, unwrapped

Preheat oven to 350.

Min a bowl, mix together cake mix, eggs and vegetable oil. Flatten a ball of dough around a mind, making sure candy is completely covered.

Bake 8-12 minutes or until light golden brown around edges. Removed cookies and place on a rack to cool.

NOTE: Chocolate cake mix can be used, but increase oil to 1/2 cup.
