1 1/2 lb ground beef, 80% lean
2 oz mozzarella cheese
Salt and pepper
Pizza sauce
4 hamburger buns, split
Season hamburger with salt and pepper. Divide ground into 8 equal portions; shape each into 4 inch diameter patties. Place equal amount of cheese and pizza sauce in center of 4 patties covered with sliced black and green olives. Top with remaining 4 patties; press edges together to seal securely.
Grill 10-12 minutes or to desired doneness, turning once. Serve with toasted buns. Toast buns on grill 1 minute, if desired.
