6 eggs, divided
3/4 tsp celery salt, divided
1/2 of a 24 oz pkg frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 cups frozen vegetable blend
1/2 cup diced cooked chicken or 1 (5 oz) can chunk chicken
1 cup milk
In a medium bowl, beat together 1 egg and 1/4 tsp celery salt. Stir in potatoes and almonds until well combined.
Press potatoes mixture onto bottom and up sides of a lightly greased 9 inch pie plate to form a crust. Bake at 375 for 5 minutes. Remove from oven.
Sprinkle with vegetables and chicken. Beat together milk, remaining eggs and celery salt until well blended. Pour over vegetables and chicken. Bake for about 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
