1 medium to large celery stalk
1/2 cup shredded Swiss cheese
2 1/2 oz pkg smoked salmon
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp prepared mustard
Wash and dry celery. Cut each celery rib into 2 equal-sized pieces. Mix other ingredients in a bowl and the spread 1 tbsp cheese spread on each celery stick. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
