1 tbsp olive oil, plus more for drizzling
1 small onion, finely chopped
1/2 cup vodka
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
2 tsp hot pepper sauce
1 cup tomato sauce
1/2 tbsp rounded horseradish
Salt and pepper
1 1/3 lb sirloin, cut into bite-size pieces
Steak seasoning blend or coarse salt and pepper
6-8 inch bamboo skewers

In a heated saucepan, add oil and onions; saute 5 minutes. Add vodka and reduce by 1/2. Add next 4 ingredients. Stir to combine the sauce and return to a bubble. Add salt and pepper.

Coat meat bites lightly with oil and add steak seasoning. Cook in a heated skillet until caramelized all over, about 2 mines on each side. Transfer dipping sauce to a small dish and place at the center of a serving platter. Surround dip with meat bites and several bamboo skewers along side the meat.
