1 (10 oz) pkg frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1 envelope dried vegetable soup mix
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 green onions, cut up
1 cup mayonnaise
8 oz sour cream
1 (4 oz) jar sliced pimientos, drained
1 tbsp cider vinegar
Cut up fresh vegetables
In a food processor, combine ingredients and pulse mixture until almost smooth. Cover and refrigerate up to 3 days. Serve with vegetables.
