1 (1 ½ lb) bunch broccoli, cut into spears
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp sugar and cornstarch
¼ tsp ground nutmeg
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 medium onion, cut into rings
2 clove garlic, minced
3 tbsp cooking oil
Steam broccoli 1-2 minutes or until crisp-tender. Rinse in cold water and set aside.
In a bowl, combine next 4 ingredients; set aside.
In a large skillet, stir-fry mushrooms, onion, and garlic in oil for 3 minutes. Add broccoli and lemon mixture; stir-fry for 1-2 minutes. Serve immediately. Serves 4
