1 can sweetened condensed milk
½ cup butter
1 (14 oz) bag caramels
1 (16 oz) bag large marshmallows
1 (10 oz) box crisp rice cereal

In a double boiler, combine first 3 ingredients and heat over boiling water, stirring until smooth. Remove from the heat. With a fork, dip marshmallows quickly into the hot mixture then roll in cereal. Place on a foil-lined pan; chill for 30 minutes. Remove from the pan and stir in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
