3/4 cup broccoli, cut up
2 tbsp peanut oil
1 tsp sugar
P inch of salt
1/2 tsp very finely chopped fresh ginger
2 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sherry
1 tsp cornstarch
1 cup thinly sliced pork
Heat oil in a skillet, brown the pork slices a few at a time and remove to a bowl. Add broccoli to the skillet and stir-fry 2-3 minutes.
Add the next 4 ingredients, cover pan and cook slowly 4-5 minutes. Mix the next 3 ingredients and 1/4 cup water. Stir in the saucepan, cover again and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add the pork and reheat until thickened.
