2 lbs. ground beef
2 oz Heinz 57
2 oz A-1 sauce
1 oz Worcestershire sauce
1 cups bread crumbs
1 tsp chopped garlic
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1 cup diced onion
1 cup diced green pepper
1 tsp onion powder
4 eggs
Dash of salt & pepper

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Use milk to adjust texture if needed. Shape into 5x9 inch loaf pan. Smooth top with a little water and bake for 2 hours at 350. Meat temperature should be 160 when done.
