1 (6 oz) can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed but still very cold
1 (12 oz) carton frozen whipped topping, softened
1 half gallon of French vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, softened not thawed
2 prepared graham cracker or shortbread cookie crusts

Fold the first 3 ingredients together. This should NOT be soupy.

Divide evenly between the two prepared crusts. Cover with the plastic dome provided with the crusts, and freeze at least 2 hours. Remove from freezer about 15 minutes before serving. Can be served with additional whipped topping.
