3 to 4 Tri-tip beef steaks (or steak of choice)
1/2 cup BBQ sauce and Italian Dressing
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp Dijon Mustard, peach preserves and honey
1 tbsp minced garlic
1 onion, sliced
Combine all liquid ingredients and sliced onions in a medium bowl. Submerge steaks into liquid, marinate for 1 hour in refrigerator prior to cooking. Grill over indirect heat to preferred doneness. Make sure to only flip meat once!! Serves 3-4
