2 cups flour
½ cup sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp ground cinnamon and salt
¼ tsp nutmeg
1 cup half-and-half
½ cup banana cream flavored yogurt
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup vegetable oil
3 medium ripe, mashed bananas
Preheat oven to 400. Grease and flour a 12-cup muffin pan. Combine dry ingredients in a bowl; make a well in the center.
In another bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour the mixture into the well. Mix batter until just moistened; do not overmix. Fill prepared muffin tins 3/4ths full. Bake 15-18 minutes or until muffins test done. Cool in pan on wire rack.
