¼ cup sugar
5 cups water
1 (12 oz) can freeze orange juice concentrate and frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
2 ½ cups peach flavored schnapps
1/3 cup lemon juice
1 (2 liters) bottle ginger ale, chilled
In a saucepan, mix sugar and 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Boil for 3 minutes. Set aside and cool slightly. In a large freezer container, blend juice concentrates, remaining 3 cups water, schnapps, and lemon juice. Stir in sugar mixture. Cover; freeze at least 8 hours or overnight, stirring 2-3 times after 2 hours, until frozen. To serve, spoon ½ cup slush mixture into a glass and add about 1/3 cup ginger ale; stir gently. Serves 22 (¾ cup) servings
