1 ½ lbs beef roast or steak, sliced very thinly
¼ cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp steak sauce
½ tsp garlic powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ tsp onion powder
1 tsp liquid smoke

Let meat marinate in remaining ingredients at least 24 hours. Cook using a smoker, a dehydrator, or in the oven at 250 for 3-4 hours (use a rack so that fat and juices will drip away from meat.)
