1 lb. fresh medium shrimp, cooked, peeled and deveined
1/3 cup mayonnaise and chopped celery
1/4 of an onion, minced
1/2 cup small cubed cheese with dill
1 ½ tsp Old Bay Seasoning
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
Cut shrimp in half and combine with remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes. Stir before serving on a bed of lettuce, croissant or sandwich roll.
