1 prepared angel food cake or pound cake
1 can lemon pie filling
1 (5.1 oz) pkg instant vanilla pudding
1 (11 oz) can mandarian oranges; drained
1 large container frozen whipped topping, thawed

Slice cake into 1/2 inch slices. Line the sides and bottom of a 9 inch springform pan with cake. Pour pie filling into pan and spread over cake. Top with oranges. Gently spread the pudding over the oranges. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

The next day, remove the rim of the pan and spread with whipped topping. Serve immediately.
