4 tbsp packed brown sugar and sesame oil
4 tsp soy sauce
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 scant cut white wine vinegar
1 heat leaf lettuce, rinsed and shredded
3 cups Napa cabbage, rinsed and shredded
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and cut into 1/2 inch strips and chopped
2 green onions, chopped
1/2 cup chow mein noodles, coarsely broken
Combine first 5 ingredient 30 minutes before serving; let set at room temperature.
Combine remaining ingredients in a serving bowl and drizzle with dressing just before serving. Serves 8-10
