6-7 boiled potatoes
1 pint sour cram
1 can cream of chicken soup diluted with 1/4 cup water
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 tbsp chopped onions or chives
1/4 cup melted butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup crushed corn flakes
Grate boiled potatoes and place in a buttered casserole dish. Mix together next 3 ingredients, 1/2 cup cheese, onions and salt and pepper. Pour on top of potatoes. Combine remaining cheese, corn flakes and butter and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
