2 cups shredded cooked chicken
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, room temperature
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 cup ranch salad dressing
1/2 cup hot sauce
Tortilla chips and/or celery sticks

In a 3 quart crock pot, combine ingredients. Cover and cook on LOW for 1 hour or until cheese melts. Serve with chips and/or celery.
