1 loaf French bread
5 tbsp garlic butter
1/8 cup Parmesan cheese
4 tbsp cheddar cheese

Cut French bread in half. Spread generously with garlic butter. Sprinkle with Parmesan and cheddar cheese. Put halves together and wrap securely in heavy aluminum foil. Grill over coals for 15 minutes, turning frequently.
