2 1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 1/2 lemons, juiced
3 tbsp coarse grained prepared mustard
4 oz minced fresh basil
3 clove garlic, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 lb fresh shrimp, peeled and deveined
In a shallow bowl, mix together oil and butter. Stir in remaining ingredients, tossing shrimp to coat. Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Preheat grill to high heat. Remove shrimp from marinade and thread on soaked skewers. Lightly oil grate and arrange skewers on grill. Cook for 4 minutes, turning once, until done. Serves 4
