1 (14 oz) can red salmon, drained
1/3 cup light cream or sour cream
2 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup finely chopped celery and red bell pepper
1 tsp onion, finely grated
1/2 tsp dried dill, tarragon or basil
Salt, pepper, garlic powder and hot pepper sauce, to taste
Combine ingredients and mix until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
NOTE: Thin with additional cream or sour cream if desired.
