1/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp onion salt
2 tbsp garlic salt
2 tbsp paprika
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp black pepper, lemon pepper, rubbed sage and dried basil
1/4 tsp ground rosemary and cayenne
3 lbs chicken wings (about 15)
Oil, for frying
2 oz barbecue sauce

Preheat oven to 375.
Sauce: Combine sugar, onion salt, garlic salt, paprika, chili powder, black pepper, lemon pepper, sage, basil, rosemary, and cayenne in an airtight container and blend well. Set aside until ready to use.

Rinse the wings with water and pat dry. Place a liberal amount of rub on wings. Bake wings for 1 hour.

Heat fryer oil to 375. When wings are cooked, place in fryer for about 1-2 minutes to crisp them up.
Pour bbq sauce over wings and serve
