1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp cream or milk
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tsp prepared horseradish
1/4 cup finely chopped green pepper
1 green onion, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts or almonds
2 tsp butter
Blend cream cheese and cream. Stir in next 6 ingredients. Spoon into a greased shallow 2-cup baking dish; set aside. In a skillet, saute nuts in butter for 3-4 minutes or until lightly browned. Sprinkle over cream cheese mixture. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 20 minutes. Serve with crackers.
