1 lb jumbo lump crab meat, cleaned free of shells
1 cup grated pepper jack cheese
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese and minced green onions
4-5 roasted garlic cloves or 2 minced garlic cloves
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp fresh lemon or lime juice
1 tsp hot pepper sauce
1/2 tsp dry mustard
Salt and pepper

Preheat oven to 325. Combine all ingredients and gently stir. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve hot with crackers or toasted bread slices.
