5 cups chopped leeks
4 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 lb spaghetti, cooked al dente, drained
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
1/2 cup crumbled crisp bacon
1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced including greens
1/4 cup minced Italian parsley
Salt and pepper, to taste

While pasta is cooking, saute leeks in olive oil until softened. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Toss drained pasta into leek mixture. Add cheese and toss. Add remaining ingredients and serve.
