1/4 cup chopped onion and celery
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp black pepper and celery seed
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/4 cups milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
1/2 cup sour cream
1 cup cooked peas
3 tbsp sherry
2 (6 oz) cans tuna in water, drained
2 - 4 cups cooked egg noodles or 4 English muffins, split or toasted or toast points.

In a saucepan over medium heat, cook onion and celery in butter until soft. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, celery seed, and garlic powder. Whisk in milk and bouillon. Simmer until thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat then stir in sherry, tuna, sour cream, and peas. Serve over hot noodles, toasted muffins or toast points. Serves: 4
