12 small new red potatoes, halved
1 cup ranch-style salad dressing
8 oz pkg shredded Colby-Monterrey jack cheese
1 tsp pepper
Preheat oven to 350. Place potatoes in saucepan over medium heat with water to cover. Bring to boil and cook 10 minutes or until tender; drain. Place cooked potatoes, cut side up, on an ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle evenly with cheese and pepper. Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serves 4
